Lemon Mug Cake

• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• salt · to taste
• 1 tbsp butter · melted
• 2 tbsp milk
• ½ tbsp lemon juice · fresh
• ½ tsp lemon zest
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 1× egg yolk

Directions

   Whisk the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt) together in a microwave safe mug.

   Add the melted butter, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and egg yolk to the mug.

   Mix until the batter is smooth.

   Microwave for 50 to 60 seconds until the top is set but still slightly glossy.
